What's That Stench?

As hilarious as Daley's Olympic bid is, even I can smell this turd from miles away. Still, it's funny to imagine them trying to put some random events in Wrigley field. Maybe they could have some sort of a Trixie-off in Lincoln park. Come to think of it, they could use Bartlett for the diving events — wait, no they can't! Sorry, antiquated joke now that Ratner is up.

Sessionsaver is my new favorite Firefox plugin.

How many times has your computer/Windows crashed while you were browsing 10 tabbed-web sites? Perhaps some of them were PDF files that you had spent hours searching for in Web of Science. Sessionsaver remembers the URLs and opens all your tabs just the way they were. Huzzah!

Tonight's Lesson

Tonight's lesson is never, never, EVER let your crazy health-conscious roommate convince you to put lite coconut milk into a shrimp curry that you've been slaving away on for two hours. I am declaring war on lite coconut milk. Anyone caught in my sight with lite coconut milk will be disavowed and thrown out of their kitchen for their own good. That stuff is basically water. To think that I could have saved myself the time by taking some insipid pre-bought curry and adding water.

In fact, I'm declaring war on all stupid lite yuppy food. No more will we allow these abominations to rule our lives. They're not real food. Listen up all of you yuppy health-conscious dipshits: go away and never come back. Stop ruining food for the rest of us who aren't concerned about death every waking moment. I don't care about your crappy metabolism that makes you fat off of water. Since mine will go through a 10 ounce fat-oozing steak in twenty minutes — stop taking away my full-fat yogurt.

To officially go into war mode, I'd like everyone to kindly go into their kitchen and throw away any low or non-fat yogurt, milk, coconut milk, sour cream, cottage cheese, and anything else labeled "lite", "low-fat" or "non-fat" and replace them with their real counterparts. Your taste buds will thank you later. Hell, throw away all that organic bullshit while you're at it and celebrate with the beauty of pesticides and hormones!
