This story was among the first couple pages. Anyway, my contributoin to this discussion is this. Horses not only have the long, drawn-out "single burst" in their tool box but a little more...like US.
They have HUGE, compressed, explosive farts that have the crackle of a "ripper". You know the ones that sound like a huge man cracking his knuckles, violently. The ones that could scare a man. The ones that sound as if they require poset-flatulant surgery?
THE FUNNIEST however, that I've heard: Is the one I described above, but delivered while trotting, one for EACH step the horse takes! Imagine this. Tail up, trotting away, instead of hoof-beats...fart fart fart fart fart. And I'm talking MASSIVE ones.
Of all the times I've seen this (which might be 10 or 15 times in my 31 years) more than half the time it was after the horse was startled by something, a noise or what-ever. That makes it even funnier to me. Also, their lack of shame or humor on the subject...cause well...they're horses, also makes it funnier.
Maybe I'm easily entertained or have a fart fettish, or...maybe not; cause tonight there's 1,720,000 results for "horse farts" on google.
I think everyone should experience a horse fart in some form or another, at least once in life.
